Summer Sun came into our rescue program on July 09, 2022. Summer Sun came into our rescue program as an owner surrender along with 5 other horses. Summer Sun is a Beautiful, Sorrel, Mule, Mare. Summer Sun is estimated to be 3 years of age. Summer Sun is the foal of Macy Bean. We are not sure if she has ever been weaned, as she was still nursing on Macy Bean. They have been separated and both are doing well. Summer Sun is super sweet and loves attention. She is learning how to be haltered and lead. She needs some work standing for the farrier and loading in a trailer. This sweet girl is ready for a family of her own where she can be worked with and slowly started with some training. She is a small girl. We have not measured her, but I would guess between 12 and 13 hands tall. Summer Sun has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. Summer Sun has been adopted to a wonderful family in Choctaw, Oklahoma. Summer Sun is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in her forever, loving home.
